Equine Activity Liability Notice

Under South Carolina law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities pursuant to the South Carolina Equine Activity Liability Act (S.C. Code of Laws §47-9-710 et seq.).
